Timely Communication: Claim status updates are communicated to customers promptly and clearly.
Reliable Reporting: Daily activity tracking is completed consistently and submitted on time.
Partner Satisfaction: Franchise Owners, Technicians, and Insurance Company partners report responsive, high quality service.
Who You Are
• Detail oriented and comfortable with heavy, accurate data entry every day.
• A clear, patient communicator who can translate field updates into customer friendly language.
• Adaptable and quick to learn new software systems and tools.
• Motivated to keep assignments moving and partners informed, even when juggling multiple priorities.
Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, paired with strong analytical skills and a customer service mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Comfortable learning and working across multiple software systems.
• Ability to prioritize and deliver results under pressure in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
• Prior experience in claims administration, mitigation, or the restoration industry a plus.
• No prior estimating experience required, as full training is provided.
Core Skills & Capabilities
• Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail, especially in high volume data entry.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Professional, service oriented communication style when working with customers, franchise owners, and insurance carrier partners.

We bring an iCare approach to our customers and to each other, and we believe in team before self. We are professional and hardworking, but we do our best work with a smile.
What We Offer
• A steady, structured schedule with a remote, desk based work environment.
• Full training provided, no prior estimating experience required.
• A supportive team environment across Franchise Owners, Operations, and Field Technicians.
• The chance to build a long term career with a growing, family oriented restoration company.
