• Provide direct clinical services to clients experiencing severe emotional and mental health issues, both in remote sessions and community outreach.
• Establish and nurture therapeutic relationships with clients, employing trust and rapport techniques that facilitate open dialogue and treatment engagement.
• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings, utilizing evidence-based practices to identify client needs and determine appropriate interventions.
• Create and implement individualized care plans, ensuring coordinated services that may involve families and multidisciplinary teams.
• Facilitate individual and group therapies, focusing on prevention strategies and recovery processes tailored to detox clients' specific situations.
• Participate in case management and care coordination, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of community resources to assist clients in their treatment journey.
• Monitor client progress through regular check-ins and data entry, ensuring accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Engage in crisis intervention and provide immediate response to client needs as they arise, ensuring a safe environment at all times.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborative care discussions to enhance service delivery and improve patient outcomes.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in our detox center, you will work primarily with clients facing significant challenges related to substance use, mental health disorders, and emotional distress. This role requires sensitive and empathetic engagement with a diverse client population, many of whom may have experienced trauma or socioeconomic hardships. Your ability to navigate varied cultural backgrounds, traditions, and beliefs will be essential in this role.

• Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health or substance use environment is required.
• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California is mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse populations.
• Commitment to professional ethical standards and demonstrated ability to work as part of a collaborative team.

• Experience in detox or addiction treatment settings.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or motivational interviewing.
• Training in trauma-informed care practices.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
