ABOUT OUR ROLE

Our Recruiter is a key member of our team and helps us to secure top talent for our growing organization. Because you will be supporting hiring for our sales organization, we require a background as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with experience in both inbound and outbound motions to ensure you can identify the specific grit and skills required for the role.

This position will require strong time management skills, sense of urgency, good decision making skills, and proactive communication in order to thrive in our remote setting. If you have a passion for finding top talent, value the candidate experience, and are driven to help your teams succeed, our Recruiter position will allow you to tap into all of those elements on a daily basis!

Main focuses and responsibilities:

  • Review all candidate applications in a timely manner & schedule interviews.

  • Proactively source passive top talent by leveraging social media networks and implementing strategic outbound efforts.

  • Oversee the entire candidate process by keeping both our hiring teams and candidates up to date on developments and completing timely follow up with all parties involved. 

  • Conduct meaningful high-level pre-screens via phone and/or video call with all candidates to ensure necessary skills and experience align with what hiring managers need for their open positions. 

  • Responsible for filling open positions in a quick and efficient manner. 

  • Complete recruitment associated admin duties and record keeping in ATS.

  • Establishes and maintains strong relationships with hiring managers. 

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Previous experience working as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development Representative (BDR) handling inbound and/or outbound motions is required.

  • 1-2 years of high volume recruiting experience preferred.

  • You are results oriented and driven. You have a track record of being able to deliver in a time sensitive environment and don't mind being in a competitive goal-focused environment.

  • Experience within tech/saas environment is a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills. You are professional, clear, concise, and have been known to be a compelling story-teller both verbally and in writing. 

  • A positive attitude - you're a team player, listen and apply instructions, and you're resilient in the face of challenges.

  • You are a self-starter who prides themselves on being able to contribute to your team through excellent execution of your craft. 

WHAT TPG PROVIDES FOR OUR EMPLOYEES 

  • Full Time Role. 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday.

  • Contract Position with potential for hire.

  • $60,000-65,000 salary.

  • Permanent Remote Work Model - work from wherever you are!
