Job Summary
Oxford Bank is bringing customer service to a whole new level with ITM’s! These Interactive Teller Machines function just like an ATM, with the personal service our customers deserve via video chat.

The ITM Specialist handles all phases of financial transactions associated with checking, savings and various types of payments initiated from the Interactive Teller Machines. Employee will follow teller operating policies, assess risk of presented transactions, and take steps to minimize loss in ITM transactions.

Primary Responsibilities
• Assist clients over an Interactive Video Teller Machine with account transactions and general account maintenance, as well as promote Oxford Bank products and services.
• Accept cash and checks for deposit, cash checks and savings withdrawals within designated limit, and escalate to others when applicable.
• Verify endorsements as required by teller operational policies.
• Report suspicious activity through proper channels.
• Follow policies and procedures set forth by the bank. Demonstrate solid understanding of fraud and other risks associated with ITM transactions.
• Provide high level of quality customer service according to ITM service guidelines.
• Comply with all Federal and State banking laws and related regulations, to include but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act.
• Perform any other duties requested by a supervisor relating to the bank and its functions.

Qualifications and Skills
• Qualified candidates should be flexible, energetic, detail oriented, have strong communication skills, willingness to learn, and enjoy a challenge.
• Display a professional demeanor with a personality that connects with customers.
• Possess interpersonal communication skills particularly effective in a video channel.
• Knowledge of bank operations, bank products, and services.
• Possess ability to ensure compliance with established bank policies and procedures.
• Possess high analytical skills to solve a wide variety of practical and customer service problems in an unsupervised setting.
• Possess ability to perform within a complex, multi-functional, technical environment; demonstrate the ability to process and complete teller transactions in a non-traditional teller environment while offering services that promote ongoing ITM usage.
• Strong working knowledge of computer functions and programs.
• Ability to assess risk, exercise discretion, and handle sensitive and confidential issues.
• Employee schedule may vary on a weekly basis and should be available Monday-Friday 7am-8pm and Saturday 7am-5pm.

Education and Experience
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1-2 years Banking Experience Preferred
Work & Environment Requirements
• This position is primarily remote however, occasional in-office work may be required.
• Must be available to travel to various locations as needed for meetings, projects, training or other work-related activities.
• A reliable high-speed internet connection is essential and required to perform job responsibilities efficiently in a remote environment. In the event connectivity issues prevent performing the primary responsibilities of the position, the team member will be asked to work at an Oxford Bank office until the issue can be resolved for remote work.
• Oxford Bank has the right to change remote work schedules at any time, with or without notice.
• Remote work locations must be approved by senior management and/or Human Resources.
