Job description

Title: Outbound Telesales Representative 3

Company:  A leading American multinational technology company (disclosed upon screening call)

Location: Remote

Duration: 12 month contract

Hours: 40 hours a week

PR: $15.94/MAX

Must Haves:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven sales experience with measurable revenue impact, strong account management and pipeline generation skills, and experience selling or supporting laptop/tablet (Surface or similar) solutions.
  • 5-7 total years of experience required
    • 3-4 years of sales execution & negotiation; partner and stakeholder orchestration
    • 3-4 years of account management & pipeline generation

Day to Day:

In this role, you will serve as the primary Microsoft Surface seller for a portfolio of small, medium, and corporate customers, focusing on driving revenue growth, generating pipeline, and managing customer relationships. On a day-to-day basis, you will engage directly with customers and partners to identify new opportunities, support ongoing sales efforts, and guide deals through the entire sales cycle from discovery to close. You will proactively create demand through outreach campaigns, expand business within existing accounts, and provide concierge-level support to ensure a seamless customer experience. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align sales strategies, remove obstacles, and leverage programs and incentives that help accelerate revenue growth. The role also includes analyzing sales performance, maintaining pipeline and reporting metrics, and contributing to the development of scalable, AI-driven sales initiatives and best practices that enhance overall business performance.
