Grove Dental Associates

Patient Service Representative (Must be in Central Time Zone)

Hours of Operation

Hours can vary from 7am-6pm M-F and possible Saturdays from 7am -230pmFull time position 40 hours a week Training would be Monday-Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm at the Downers Grove location Position would be Remote once fully trained, providing work from home criteria is met. The training is approximately 3-4 weeks.Must have high speed internet and a quiet private workspace to work remotely

Pay: $17.00/hour based on experience  

Our Patient Service Center is expanding! As a member of our team, you will...

  • Receive/make a high volume of calls to schedule and assist patients for their next dental appointment
  • Create patient charts on the computer
  • Multitask when scheduling the patient with being able to review multiple applications at the same time on the computer
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues with a sense of urgency while maintaining patient confidentiality.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer service or call center environment.
  • The ability to identify and resolve issues with a sense of urgency while maintaining patient confidentiality.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and telephone skills establishing positive relationships.
