The Role

We are looking for a relentless, self-motivated B2B Sales Specialist to serve as the primary engine for our business development. This is a pure "hunter" role designed for someone who thrives on opening doors, navigating gatekeepers, and closing deals. Because we are a collaborative team, closing support is available for complex technical products—your primary superpowers should be prospecting, setting meetings, and driving the sales cycle forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Prospecting: Conduct strategic cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone to get in front of decision-makers.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and research high-potential B2B prospects in lucrative niches (e.g., Home Services, Legal, Health & Wellness).
  • Prospecting Resources: You'll work a combination of company-generated leads while also leveraging industry-leading tools such as ZoomInfo and/or Seamless.AI to identify and engage new prospects. Training and ongoing sales support are provided.
  • Deal Closing: Present our value proposition, overcome objections, and manage the sales cycle from initial contact to signed contract.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized, transparent record of your outreach and follow-ups.

What You Bring to the Table

  • B2B Sales Experience: Proven track record in outbound prospecting, inside sales, or telemarketing (experience selling digital marketing, SaaS, or tech solutions is a massive plus).
  • The "Hunter" Mentality: You aren't intimidated by cold outreach; you view a "no" as just a stepping stone to a "yes."
