ATI Systems is looking for a motivated, professional, and results-driven Telemarketer & Sales Support Specialist to join our growing team.


ATI Systems specialize in industrial emergency warning, siren, and mass notification systems, helping facilities improve communication and emergency response.


This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, making outbound calls, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting a professional sales team.


Key Responsibilities


  • Make outbound calls to prospective industry, campus, community, and military clients
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities
  • Research companies and identify potential decision-makers and purchasing contact
  • Develop and maintain accurate prospect lists and customer databases.
  • Follow up consistently with leads, prospects, and existing customers
  • Schedule sales meetings, demonstrations and product
  • Maintain accurate customer and lead information
  • Support proposals, quotations, and sales follow-ups
  • Assist with quotations, proposals, and customer communications
  • Communicate professionally with business owners, executives, engineers, purchasing and other decision-makers
  • Assist in moving qualified opportunities through the sales process
  • Help identify new markets, prospective customers and business opportunities
  • Provide general sales and administrative support as needed
