• Fully remote work setting, allowing therapists to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of their own homes.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and diagnostic evaluations to understand clients' mental health status and needs.
• Design and implement tailored treatment plans guided by evidence-based practices, ensuring alignment with clients’ personal goals.
• Provide engaging and effective individual therapy to adult clients, utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities.
• Conduct crisis intervention when necessary, demonstrating quick thinking and support under pressure.
• Maintain clear and thorough documentation of sessions and progress for each client to ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, training sessions, and webinars to stay informed of best practices in the mental health field.

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective build rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Strong organizational skills and time management abilities to maintain a steady caseload while delivering high-quality therapy.

• Experience in providing therapy via telehealth, demonstrating familiarity with telecommunication platforms.
• Background in working with a diverse population and understanding of various cultural sensitivities in therapy.
• Previous experience with crisis intervention strategies and managing high-risk situations within clinical settings.

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 annually, depending on your caseload and experience. Our benefits package includes:
