Remote Inbound Sales Representative (W-2)

$10/Hour Base Pay + Uncapped Commission

Ignition CX is hiring full-time Remote Inbound Sales Representatives to support nationally recognised telecommunications and home service brands. This is a W-2 employee position with paid training, comprehensive benefits, and uncapped commission opportunities.

You will assist customers who contact us directly, helping them select products and services that best meet their needs. There is no cold calling required.

Whether you have previous sales experience or are looking to transition from customer service, retail, hospitality, or another customer-facing role, we provide the training and support needed to succeed.

What You'll Do

• Handle inbound customer enquiries relating to TV, internet, phone, and related services
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions
• Close sales using a consultative and customer-focused approach
• Complete a paid four-week remote onboarding and sales certification programme
• Participate in ongoing coaching and development with your Team Leader
• Work a full-time 40-hour schedule in a performance-focused remote environment

Previous sales experience is preferred but not required. Candidates without direct sales experience should demonstrate strong customer service, persuasion, communication, and goal-oriented experience.

Technology Requirements

This is a Bring Your Own Equipment (BYOE) position.

• Minimum 8GB RAM
• Reliable high-speed internet connection
• USB headset
• Quiet, professional workspace free from distractions
