As a Therapist Supervisor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing weekly supervision sessions to practicum students, ensuring they are well-prepared for clinical licensure and equipped with the necessary skills to succeed in their professional journeys.
• Delivering compassionate and effective psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, tailoring therapeutic approaches to meet each client's unique needs.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals and community resources to develop comprehensive support networks for clients.
• Contributing to the creation and implementation of treatment plans, taking into account the specific challenges and goals of each client.
• Maintaining accurate and thorough documentation of client sessions and progress, ensuring compliance with state regulations and ethical standards.
• Staying abreast of current research, best practices, and advancements in therapeutic methods to continually enhance the effectiveness of care provided.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health concerns. The ideal candidate for this position will possess:

• A Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• A valid state license to practice as a mental health therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW).

• Demonstrated commitment to the mental health field with a minimum of two years of clinical experience.
