We are currently seeking a ServiceNow Architect Presales Senior Manager to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia (US-GA), United States (US).

Job Title: ServiceNow Pre-Sales Solution Consultant

Location: Remote (with occasional travel as needed)

Role Overview:

NTT DATA is seeking a dynamic and experienced ServiceNow Pre-Sales Solution Consultant who combines deep technical solutioning expertise with strategic pre-sales capabilities. This role will lead complex, cross platform, multiple industries pre-sales and competitive offerings lifecycle management partnering closely with practice sales/GTM, marketing, delivery, alliances to accelerating customer, partner outcomes and practice growth.

Key Responsibilities:Pre‑Sales Leadership & Deal Strategy
  • Support opportunity qualification and Lead discovery, and solution strategy for complex multi‑industry pursuits; establish win themes and differentiation by vertical and the depth of the solution.
  • Create a end to value map and orchestrate solution pursuit (Product experts, Tech architects, GTM, delivery leaders) ensuring compelling proposals and differentiators.
  • Own the technical/ solution design narrative across discovery, PoVs/PoCs, solution reviews, and solution defense.
AI & Cross‑Platform Solution Design
  • Design end‑to‑end solution architecture leveraging ServiceNow AI and Workflows solutions across Generative AI Controller, AI Search, Process Optimization, and predictive intelligence to deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Define an integrated/secure platform solution strategy across cloud, identity, observability, cybersecurity, enterprise apps.
  • Balance configuration vs. customization, performance, security, and data governance; articulate tradeoffs and roadmap implications.
  • Estimate effort, define scope, and align deliverables with client expectations and budget constraints.
  • Support pricing strategies and resource planning for the phases of the engagement.
Value Engineering
  • Lead value discovery tailored to each industry; translate pain points into value hypotheses and defendable TCO/ROI tied to client KPIs.
  • Prototype user‑centric experiences across ITSM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, IRM/GRC, SecOps, ITOM/CMDB, App Engine—and industry workflows (FSI, Healthcare/Life Sciences, Public Sector, Manufacturing/Energy, Retail/Consumer, Telecom/Tech).
  • Create outcome‑based roadmaps and optimize solution scope to align with budget, entitlements, and roadmap; collaborate with sales/GTM
  • Create/evolve ServiceNow offerings (solution packages, accelerators, reference architectures) with clear value propositions, pricing/packaging, qualification criteria, and delivery approach.
  •  Build sales and pre‑sales enablement assets (demo scripts, discovery guides, scoping templates, value calculators, one‑pagers, customer stories).
 Qualifications:
  • 6-8 years of pre‑sales consulting experience for global enterprises within the ServiceNow ecosystem (or adjacent workflow platforms).
  • Proven expertise in complex, cross‑industry deals: discovery through close, executive storytelling, solution governance.
  • Deep hands‑on understanding of ServiceNow AI capabilities (Now Assist, Generative AI Controller, AI Search), cross platform architecture, product knowledge and how to apply them to real business outcomes.
  • Excellence in value‑based solutioning, value journey creation (TCO/ROI), and outcome‑centric road mapping.
  • Experience creating offerings (pricing/packaging, enablement assets) and running integrated campaigns with GTM, marketing and partners.
  • Proven ServiceNow partner/SI ecosystem experience (co‑sell, co‑market, and delivery alignment with ServiceNow)
  • Exceptional communication, problem solving, and design thinking skills; comfortable leading C‑suite conversations and technical deep dives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
  • Certification: Pre-sales accreditation, CTA, CSA, CIS (e.g., ITSM, CSM, HRSD, ITOM, IRM),
  • Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $110,000 TO $170,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
  • This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
