Lease Administration Specialist – Remote

Job Type: Full-Time
Work Location: Remote
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Alaska Time

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lease Administration Specialist to support wireless telecommunications real estate and leasing activities. This role will manage high-volume lease administration work involving wireless cell sites, ground leases, collocation agreements, amendments, and related documentation.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in wireless real estate lease administration and site acquisition, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and process wireless real estate agreements, including:
    • Ground leases
    • Collocation agreements
    • Lease amendments
    • Access agreements
  • Coordinate with landlords, tower companies, municipalities, school districts, and internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate lease records and documentation in contract and document management systems.
  • Support high-volume lease amendment and documentation activities related to network upgrades and decommissioning projects.
  • Track lease status, critical dates, rent schedules, and other portfolio information.
  • Prepare reports related to lease activity and portfolio status.
  • Manage competing priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • Identify process improvements and work proactively with minimal supervision.
  • Handle confidential and proprietary information appropriately.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in wireless real property lease administration.
  • 1+ year of experience in wireless site acquisition.
  • Hands-on experience with wireless cell site agreements.
  • Experience with ground leases, collocation agreements, amendments, and access agreements.
  • Knowledge of wireless telecommunications real estate and site acquisition processes.
  • Familiarity with tower company and wireless carrier processes.
  • Experience managing lease data, critical dates, and rent schedules.
  • Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems and document management tools.
  • Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume workload and competing priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
