Job description

We’re hiring for a Product Manager at Kiswe. This is your chance to work with and help lead a company that is defining the future of direct-to-consumer, paid livestreaming solutions (both live and on-demand). The anticipated salary for this position falls between $93,000-$116,500. While we prefer candidates located near our Summit, New Jersey headquarters, we welcome remote applicants within the U.S. who possess the necessary expertise and can maintain availability during our core Eastern Time (EST) working hours. Expectations regarding work schedule may fluctuate due to the nature of our work in live events. Candidates residing within an hour’s travel time of Summit, NJ are expected to work in-office up to 2 times a week.


Description:

The Product Manager will be responsible for supporting initiatives associated with monetization and business intelligence features. This is a new position that will support the growth of the product team and reinforce the importance of revenue generating features for Kiswe’s partners. Reporting into the VP of Product Management, this position will need to work cross-functionally with a wide array of teams to ensure that product solutions are feasible, scalable, user-friendly, and aligned with business objectives. The individual in this role must be detail oriented, organized, communicative, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, innovative work environment.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and assist in the development of the roadmap for business intelligence features, inclusive of purchase flows, retention flows, and product insights
  • Develop and assist in the development of the roadmap for monetization and payment platforms, inclusive of billing and subscription management
  • Manage the product lifecycle through market research and validation, requirement creation, ideation, product launch, and iteration of solutions that align with Kiswe’s overarching business goals
  • Collaborate cross functionally with engineering, design, operations, data, AI, and revenue to deliver product features
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to assess the impact of existing and new features, and identify opportunities for further optimization and improvement 
  • Communicate progress and results to stakeholders, both internally and externally


Desirable Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and +4 years of experience as a product manager, with exposure and involvement in commerce or product monetization and business intelligence solutions, or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree 
  • Strong project management and analytical skills, delivering projects on time while processing new data points to support timeline adjustments
  • The ability to adapt to ever-evolving market and business needs, leveraging the latest in technology and AI to experiment quickly and maximize efficiency
  • Demonstrated history of working as a hands-on contributor, with a high degree of independence, scrappiness and creative solutioning 
  • Experience with common product discovery and delivery methodologies and processes including continuous discovery, competitive analysis, market research, agile development, and other techniques
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both internal and external environments
  • Experience and interest in the live streaming and startup environment is a major plus (including live sports, creator, music, entertainment, etc.)
  • Experience in a startup environment is not required, but is preferred
