Category Management Analyst Job Summary: The Category Management Analyst will own customer-facing category storytelling, line-review execution, and assortment and shelf (planogram) recommendations across assigned retail accounts for Pompeian. This role serves as the primary category resource for assigned accounts, building buyer-ready category narratives, competitive analyses, and planogram recommendations that position Pompeian as the category thought leader in cooking oils and partners cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Innovation. Data sources include retailer proprietary data, syndicated data, and internal sales, plus additional sources as required. This position reports to the Associate Director of Category Insights. This is a remote position, open to candidates residing in a U.S. state where Pompeian is currently registered to employ (including Maryland, PA., Georgia, CT., CO, Florida, IL., SC, TX., AZ, MI, OH, MN, NH, CA, New Jersey, Washington, & Colorado) Approximately 25% travel for customer meetings, sales planning meetings, marketing meetings, line-review presentations, and periodic visits to the Baltimore corporate office if candidate resides outside of Maryland.
