Job description

A specialized Children’s Hospital in Dallas, Texas is seeking an onsite Pediatric Radiologist for ongoing full-time coverage. This position offers a highly collaborative environment with advanced imaging technology and a strong subspecialty team.

Position Overview
Provide pediatric radiology coverage Monday through Friday, primarily focused on musculoskeletal imaging. This is a daytime-only role with no ER or trauma responsibilities.

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Monday–Friday
  • 8:00a–5:00p
  • Full-time preferred (part-time days considered)
  • Onsite coverage & remote options
  • Inpatient pediatric unit (no emergency department)
  • Approximately 45,000 imaging exams annually

  • Children’s hospital specializing in pediatric care
  • 32-bed hospital (average census ~12; lower on weekends)
  • Frisco location operates as an 8a–5p ambulatory surgery center
  • EMR: Epic Hyperspace
  • PACS: Sectra IDS7
  • Speech recognition: PSOne

Clinical Focus

  • 90% musculoskeletal imaging
  • Pediatric imaging population
  • MSK interventions experience preferred
  • MRI with anesthesia support available
  • Fully staffed modality techs and RNs

Support team includes:

  • 4 full-time radiologists (MSK fellowship trained)
  • 1 pediatric radiology fellowship-trained physician
