• Conduct initial assessments to understand clients’ mental health status and needs.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on thorough evaluations.
• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy modalities for teens, adults, and couples through a virtual format.
• Utilize the Simple Practice platform for secure communication and documentation, ensuring compliance with confidentiality standards.
• Participate in regular supervisory meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.
• Engage in case consultations and participate in peer support groups to foster clinical excellence.

The clients you will serve encompass a broad spectrum, including adolescents grappling with identity issues, adults facing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and couples seeking to strengthen their partnerships. Our clinic is especially focused on providing culturally competent and trauma-informed care, recognizing the diverse backgrounds and experiences of our clients. Your role will be crucial in facilitating their journeys towards improved mental health and overall well-being.

• Must possess valid licensure as a mental health clinician (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or equivalent).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing as a mental health counselor, preferably in a clinical setting.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage/Family Therapy, or Social Work is highly preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients through digital communication.
• Demonstrated proficiency in developing treatment plans and conducting psychotherapy.

• Experience with telehealth practices and familiarity with video conferencing technology is a plus.
• Previous work with diverse populations and demonstrated commitment to cultural competence.
• Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities, along with a passion for ongoing professional development.

Mind Vending Mental Healthcare offers a competitive compensation package, with annual salaries ranging from USD 80,000 to 110,000. This role features no overhead costs—therapists retain 100% of their fees. Additionally, we provide:
