• Conduct initial assessments to evaluate client needs, strengths, and areas requiring support.
• Create personalized treatment plans tailored to the individual goals and challenges of each student.
• Provide ongoing mental health counseling via virtual appointments, ensuring a secure and supportive environment.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to address a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues.
• Document client progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with clinical guidelines.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals as needed to co-create support systems for students.
• Participate in regular supervision meetings and professional development workshops to enhance clinical skills.

The primary client population for this role includes students across various age groups, from elementary through high school. You will engage with a diverse demographic, addressing issues that may stem from academic pressures, social dynamics, or personal challenges. • Licensed Mental Health Clinician (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) with a valid and active state license.

• Proficient in treatment planning and providing mental health counseling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective client interaction.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably focusing on psychotherapy for teens, adults, and couples.
• Experience working in remote or telehealth environments is advantageous.

• Annual salary range of $80,000 to $110,000, reflecting your skills and experience.
