This full-time position allows for a flexible schedule, fostering both your professional development and a healthy work-life balance.

About the Organization

Utilizing advanced technology, you will connect with clients in the comfort of their homes, ensuring accessibility for all. Our telehealth setting promotes a modern approach to mental health care, enabling efficient communication and support across diverse client backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will primarily involve working with teens and families facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Each interaction aims to foster trust and rapport, as building strong relationships with clients is essential for effective therapy. Your expertise will empower clients to navigate their circumstances and promote healthier coping mechanisms.

Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Current, unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Nevada.
  • A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably within a clinical context.
Preferred Experience
  • Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed therapy, or substance misuse treatment.
  • Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards as they pertain to counseling practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish rapport with diverse client populations and work effectively within a healthcare team.
  • Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software and related technological tools.
Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and client caseload. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

  • Dental, vision, and medical insurance.
  • Malpractice insurance coverage.
  • A supportive environment for billing and documentation to ease your workload and allow you to focus on client care.
  • A variety of clients and referral opportunities, enriching your practice and professional exposure.
