This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to deliver counseling services from the comfort of your home while maintaining a focus on professional excellence. As part of our team, you will collaborate with a network of dedicated professionals, including clinical supervisors and peer colleagues, through regular staff meetings, group supervision, and one-on-one consultations.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to identify mental health conditions and establish effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Provide individualized therapy sessions that focus on relationship dynamics and personal development, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities.
• Set collaborative therapeutic goals with clients and continuously track their progress during sessions, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.
• Deliver teletherapy sessions to support clients who may prefer virtual consultations or face mobility challenges, ensuring accessibility in mental health care.
• Maintain ethical standards in documentation and record keeping, including treatment notes and progress reports in a timely manner.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance therapeutic skills and stay abreast of research and trends in mental health.

Our clientele encompasses a diverse range of individuals, including couples, children, adolescents, and families, with specific attention to clients from marginalized communities, such as people of color and members of the LGBTQIA community. • A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related discipline is required.
• A current state-issued LMFT license is mandatory for practice.
• A minimum of two years of full-time counseling experience, with a focus on trauma-informed care is preferred.

• Experience working with couples, children, teens, and families will be advantageous.
• Clinicians with a background in multicultural competency and those who can provide services to a diverse client base, including LGBTQIA individuals, are particularly encouraged to apply.
