Job description

Title: Oracle Technical Product Analyst

Location: 100% Remote

At this time, No 3rd parties or C2C will be considered

We are looking for a seasoned Oracle Technical Product Analyst who can:

  1. Lead deep system analysis and solution design across complex enterprise banking platforms, identifying gaps, dependencies, and opportunities to improve lending and financial processes.
  2. Partner with business stakeholders, architects, engineers, and QA teams to gather requirements, drive solution-focused discussions, and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
  3. Provide expertise in loan disbursement, lending workflows, and financial integrations, with strong knowledge of Oracle Banking, Oracle ERP Finance, and enterprise operational controls.
  4. Support Agile product delivery by partnering with Product Owners and TPMs to manage backlogs, Azure DevOps work items, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and feature prioritization.
  5. Ensure high-quality, compliant solutions by analyzing tradeoffs, challenging assumptions, resolving requirement gaps, and aligning outcomes with enterprise architecture, governance, and regulatory standards.
