  • Serve as the primary IT point of accountability for assigned applications and projects.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and action items.
  • Partner with business leaders, application owners, IT teams, vendors, and third-party consultants to drive successful project execution.
  • Assess application readiness and identify gaps across requirements, infrastructure, security, integrations, testing, cutover, documentation, and operational support.
  • Coordinate IT activities for business-led initiatives and ensure appropriate ownership and accountability.
  • Identify project risks, dependencies, resource constraints, and unresolved issues and proactively drive them toward resolution.
  • Provide portfolio-level visibility and concise status reporting to leadership.
  • Facilitate meetings, drive decisions, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up across stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs and requirements into actionable project plans and technology activities.
  • Dive into application-level details when necessary to understand dependencies, integrations, data, processes, and support requirements.
  • Coordinate application transition, implementation, migration, separation, or integration activities as required.
  • Support vendor and third-party engagement, including solution discussions, SOW development, and coordination with procurement when applicable.

  • Coordinate application transition or separation activities resulting from acquisitions or organizational changes.
  • Identify application ownership, dependencies, integrations, data requirements, infrastructure needs, and operational impacts.
  • Track transition milestones, risks, decisions, and dependencies across business and IT teams.
  • Help ensure applications are appropriately transitioned, documented, supported, and operationally ready.

Knowledge Transfer & Data Coordination
  • Coordinate Knowledge Transfer (KT) activities between business stakeholders, IT teams, application owners, and external parties.
  • Facilitate discovery discussions to understand application usage, business processes, users, data, integrations, dependencies, and support models.
  • Identify knowledge and documentation gaps and coordinate appropriate KT sessions.
  • Coordinate and track Data Requests from business and IT stakeholders.
  • Ensure requests are clearly defined, submitted through established processes, and tracked through completion.
  • Proactively follow up on outstanding actions, questions, dependencies, and approvals.

  • Strong ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with enterprise application implementations, transitions, migrations, integrations, or operational readiness.
  • Ability to work independently, identify gaps, drive accountability, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Strong understanding of the IT application lifecycle and transition process.
  • Strong M&A experience, particularly supporting acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs, or application separation/integration.
