  • Develop new accounts while expanding opportunities within IWT's existing customer base.
  • Conduct customer visits, technical presentations, equipment discussions, and sales meetings.
  • Represent IWT at industry trade shows, conferences, and customer events.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and lead opportunities through contract award.

Customer & Technical Solutions

  • Translate customer requirements into clearly defined machinery and automation solutions.
  • Review and understand customer specifications, equipment requirements, and AutoCAD drawings.
  • Identify customer pain points and work with IWT's technical teams to develop practical solutions.
  • Serve as the primary commercial liaison between the customer and IWT throughout the sales process.
  • Maintain strong customer communication from initial opportunity development through proposal, negotiation, equipment installation, and follow-up.

Proposal Development & Global Collaboration

  • Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, and other global team members to develop accurate technical and commercial proposals.
  • Ensure customer requirements and expectations are clearly communicated internally.
  • Collaborate with IWT teams in North America, Germany, India, and other global locations to support customer opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage IWT's global engineering, manufacturing, and technical capabilities.
  • Share customer and market intelligence with leadership to support product development and long-term business strategy.

Basic Qualifications

  • 10+ years of production machinery or capital equipment sales experience within the tire manufacturing industry.

  • Proven ability to develop customer relationships and manage complex, long-cycle capital equipment sales.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing opportunities independently in a remote environment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, operations, manufacturing, and sales teams across multiple countries and time zones

What Will Put You Ahead
