• Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations to understand each client’s unique mental health needs, establishing a foundation for therapeutic success.
• Develop and implement personalized evidence-based treatment plans, setting measurable goals tailored to each client's journey.
• Deliver one-on-one and group therapy sessions through telehealth, employing a range of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed, drawing upon your expertise to ensure client safety and immediate support.
• Maintain meticulous documentation that adheres to Federal, State, and organizational guidelines, fostering accountability and compliance.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care strategies that address both mental and physical health needs when necessary.

You will work primarily with adults who are navigating a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Your clinical skills will be pivotal in facilitating therapeutic relationships that encourage vulnerability and growth, helping patients to develop coping strategies while fostering resilience and independence. The remote setting allows you to serve clients from diverse backgrounds, ensuring you're equipped to handle varying cultural perspectives in mental health care.

• A master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling.
• Current and valid Washington State licensure as an Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
• Demonstrated experience with effective clinical assessment and treatment planning skills necessary for high-quality mental health care.
• Strong proficiency in telehealth technology and platforms for conducting virtual therapy sessions.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have at least two years of experience in mental health counseling, especially in a telehealth context. Familiarity with various therapeutic approaches and an understanding of state and national regulatory standards for remote therapy are highly valued. Additional training in crisis intervention or trauma-informed care will be beneficial.

Logan Mental Health Clinic offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 100,000 – 110,000, commensurate with experience and education. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including:
