• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify patient needs, symptoms, and goals, ensuring comprehensive understanding for tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize telehealth platforms to administer therapy sessions effectively, leveraging technology to maintain consistent care and support.

You will be working with a diverse range of patients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges. Our facility specializes in treating conditions like anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders, using solution-focused practices and goal-oriented therapies to guide patients in their recovery journey.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Kansas.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic interventions and solution-based psychotherapy.
• Demonstrated excellence in communication, empathy, and active listening skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.

• Prior experience working in outpatient mental health settings, particularly with diverse populations.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage patient documentation.
• Experience utilizing telehealth platforms for therapy sessions.
