By conducting therapy sessions via video conferencing software, you will engage with clients from the comfort of their own environments, accommodating their needs and promoting a sense of safety and security. • Conduct weekly evidence-based psychotherapy sessions with clients through live video conferencing, tailoring approaches to meet the specific emotional and mental health needs of each individual.
• Develop and implement comprehensive, personalized treatment plans that address family dynamics, relational issues, and coping strategies for dealing with emotional distress.
• Foster a supportive therapeutic relationship by encouraging clients to explore destructive behavioral patterns and develop practical skills for implementing constructive change.
• Utilize clinical assessment techniques to evaluate clients’ mental and emotional health needs, including diagnosing conditions and recommending appropriate interventions.
• Engage in ongoing communication with clients to monitor progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary to respond to their changing needs.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records in compliance with ethical standards and organizational protocols.

In this role, you will primarily work with adults experiencing a wide range of emotional disorders, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and substance abuse challenges. • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) in good standing.
• A minimum of two years of professional experience working in mental and behavioral health settings, particularly with individuals facing co-occurring disorders.
• Proficient in the use of technology, particularly video conferencing software, to deliver remote therapy; prior experience in telehealth is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic methods, diagnosis, treatment planning, and rehabilitation processes relevant to emotional and mental health issues.

• Experience conducting both individual and group therapy sessions, with an understanding of dynamics specific to telehealth modalities.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and the ability to apply various therapeutic techniques to meet diverse client needs.
• Previous involvement in professional development activities or groups focused on enhancing teletherapy skills.

• The salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus performance-based bonuses.
