• Conduct engaging virtual therapy sessions tailored to individuals and groups, focusing on anxiety and depression treatment.
• Design and implement customized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments and client goals.
• Collaborate closely with other professionals, such as psychologists, psychiatrists, and life coaches, within our remote interdisciplinary team to ensure cohesive treatment approaches.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness strategies, to optimize client outcomes.
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary, ensuring that each individual's unique needs are met.
• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, maintaining a calm and supportive environment for clients in distress.

You will primarily work with individuals experiencing anxiety disorders, depression, and various emotional challenges. Our client population is diverse, representing a range of backgrounds, ages, and experiences. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.
• A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience in clinical social work.
• Competence in conducting thorough diagnostic assessments and developing effective treatment strategies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen ability to relate to a wide variety of individuals.
• A strong commitment to principles of cultural competence, social justice, and ethical practice in social work.

• Experience providing therapy in a telehealth or remote setting.
• Familiarity with a range of therapeutic modalities focused on anxiety and depression.
• Proven ability to engage with clients through virtual platforms and adapt to remote counseling challenges.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, reflecting your skills and experience. Additional benefits include:
