• Perform thorough assessments of students’ mental health needs, resulting in the development of individualized treatment plans that incorporate their unique histories and experiences.
• Utilize evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Informed Care methodologies to enhance client resilience and well-being.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical records using electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to regulatory standards.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including teachers, school counselors, and parents, to deliver integrated care and support.
• Empower students and families through psychoeducation, equipping them with essential tools and knowledge to navigate their mental health journeys effectively.
• Engage in regular professional development by integrating the latest mental health research into practice to continuously elevate client outcomes.

This role directly impacts children and adolescents facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. By working closely with students in a school setting, you will directly contribute to creating a supportive environment that fosters their overall emotional and academic success.

• A master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• Possession of a valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with no pending disciplinary actions.
• Proven expertise in clinical practice, including assessment, diagnosis, and the development of effective treatment plans.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with a diverse population of students and their families.
• Comfort with remote technology platforms and proficiency in software used for telehealth, collaboration, and case management.

• Experience working with school-aged children and adolescents is highly desirable.
• Strong background in trauma-informed care and evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Ability to efficiently manage time and handle a caseload that may include 10-15 clients at any given time.
