• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately determine clients' mental health circumstances and tailor individualized treatment plans.

• Collaborate with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals and closely monitor their progress over time.

• Possession of an active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• Ability to approach client experiences with empathy and a nonjudgmental attitude, creating a supportive environment for healing.
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities to effectively handle caseloads and administrative responsibilities.

• Previous experience in outpatient therapy settings, particularly with populations addressing mental health and addiction issues, is highly valued.

• Knowledge of evidence-based therapies and interventions associated with family and marital counseling.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
