  • Work qualified leads daily in our CRM (AgencyZoom) full training provided
  • Communicate with clients via phone, text, email, and video
  • Present policies using QuoteVids (training provided)
  • Follow internal agency scripts and process checklists
  • Collaborate with our support and service team for seamless handoffs

Requirements
  • Active P&C and Life/Health license
  • Preferred: Familiarity with QuoteVids, AgencyZoom, or similar platforms
  • Willing to obtain an Illinois non-resident license (well help with this)
  • Strong computer skills and comfort using digital tools & CRMs
  • Ability to follow structured steps and stay organized
  • Sales experience is a plus, but not required
