This role is entirely remote, utilizing advanced telehealth technologies to connect with clients conveniently and effectively. • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to ascertain clients' mental health status and needs.
• Develop, implement, and regularly update personalized treatment plans based on unique client goals and preferences.
• Provide counseling services to individuals, couples, and families, employing various therapeutic modalities tailored to client needs.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to effectively address mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.
• Monitor client progress toward goals, documenting necessary changes to treatment plans to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes.
• Maintain precise and confidential records of client interactions and treatment progress, adhering to ethical and legal standards at all times.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide well-rounded care that meets the holistic needs of clients.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at our center, you will engage with a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families dealing with various mental health challenges. You will have the opportunity to make meaningful connections with clients from different backgrounds, tailoring your approach to fit their specific circumstances and cultural contexts.

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active state licensure as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective client engagement.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a connected virtual team.

• At least 2 years of experience providing therapeutic services in a mental health setting.
• Familiarity with telehealth modalities and an understanding of remote counseling best practices.
• Experience working with a diverse clientele and knowledge of cultural competency in mental health practices.

The compensation range for this position is competitive, with an annual salary between USD 80,000 and 104,000, reflecting experience and qualifications. In addition to a substantial salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
