Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting thorough clinical assessments of patients to identify their mental health needs and challenges, creating personalized treatment plans crafted around their unique situations.
  • Utilizing a range of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to suit each clientโ€™s preferences and treatment preferences.
  • Documenting clinical observations and patient progress accurately, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.
  • Collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure continuous, comprehensive care for all patients.

  • Educating patients and their families about mental health issues and available community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions regarding their care.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
