Your role will be vital in offering personalized therapeutic interventions to individuals experiencing various mental health issues. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to understand clients' unique needs and circumstances.
• Developing personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices, guiding clients through their recovery journey.
• Implementing therapeutic modalities including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant approaches to support client resilience.
• Maintaining accurate clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring client confidentiality is upheld at all stages.
• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals, such as psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide comprehensive care.
• Participating in regular case consultations and peer reviews, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Educating clients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, and community resources, equipping them with the tools needed for better mental health management.
• Staying abreast of the latest research and developments in mental health to deliver innovative care practices.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals with anxiety, depression, trauma histories, and other mental health concerns. Your role is to ensure that each client receives tailored support that meets their specific needs, further enhancing their mental health journey. Through personalized therapy and advocacy, you will empower clients to overcome challenges and work towards healthier, more fulfilling lives.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid LCSW license to practice in New York State.
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in mental health settings.
• Proficient in solution-based psychotherapy modalities with a strong capacity to customize approaches for individual clients.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for the establishment of trusting therapeutic relationships.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively tackle complex client situations.
• A collaborative spirit that values teamwork and the input of fellow mental health professionals.

• Experience working in remote or hybrid clinical settings.
• Familiarity with effective patient management systems and telehealth technologies.
• Additional certifications in therapy modalities or specialized mental health practices.
