Job description

Position Overview

Neuro Nurture Support is seeking a compassionate and skilled Telehealth Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our dedicated team. This full-time, remote position offers a unique opportunity for a licensed clinician to provide mental health care through telehealth services to a diverse population, all while enjoying the flexibility of a home office environment.

About the Organization

At Neuro Nurture Support, we pride ourselves on being a premier private outpatient mental health practice located in Memphis, Tennessee. Our mission focuses on delivering high-quality mental health services to individuals and families in the community, ensuring that each client receives care in the least restrictive environment possible. We offer a comprehensive array of services, including therapeutic counseling, psychopharmacological treatment, clinical research support, and wellness programs, tailored to meet the unique needs of our outpatient population.

Work Environment

This position operates in a fully remote telehealth setting, enabling you to connect with clients from the comfort of your own home. Our team culture emphasizes collaboration and support, as we work closely with Comprehensive Psychiatric Care to share leadership responsibilities, uphold shared values, and enhance the range of services provided to our clients. We believe in promoting a healthy work/life balance and prioritizing the well-being of both our clients and our team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse caseload of clients, building rapport and fostering strong therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.
  • Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess progress, discuss stability, and plan for upcoming appointments or discharge as needed.
  • Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that are person-centered, ensuring alignment with clients' goals and progress.
  • Maintain meticulous and timely documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates for each client.
  • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to establish baseline issues and develop foundational treatment strategies.
  • Participate in individual supervision to facilitate professional growth and development.
  • Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers to coordinate care and enhance client treatment outcomes.
  • Embrace a growth mindset, continuously seeking to improve your practice and the services offered to clients.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily serves adults, children, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges. Our client base is diverse, requiring sensitivity to different backgrounds and experiences. You will provide psychotherapy for individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional struggles, aiming to facilitate healing and growth within a supportive and nurturing framework.

Qualifications
  • A masterโ€™s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.
  • Current, unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.
  • Minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting, demonstrating effective counseling skills.
  • Proficiency with technology, including experience with Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY for case management and documentation.
  • Experience providing direct psychotherapy services, including the ability to conduct intake assessments and treatment plans.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working within a telehealth model to deliver remote counseling services effectively.
  • Strong understanding of various therapeutic modalities and interventions.
  • Familiarity with outcome measurement tools and best practices in mental health care.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 - 80,000 annually, based on experience. Our fee-for-service model ensures that clinicians are compensated fairly, with guaranteed rates paid ahead of collectionsโ€”eliminating wait times for reimbursement. Additional financial incentives may include bonus opportunities based on performance, and W2 employment which emphasizes a strong work-life balance.

  • Robust benefits package, including medical, vision, and dental insurance with supplemental options.
  • 401k retirement plan with company contributions to help secure your financial future.
  • Malpractice insurance provided at no cost to clinicians.
  • Access to an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for additional support and resources.
  • Professional development opportunities to earn free continuing education units (CEUs) on a variety of topics in mental health.
Career Growth Opportunities

Joining Neuro Nurture Support open doors to professional advancement and personal development. We foster a culture of continuous learning, providing our clinicians with resources and opportunities to expand their skills, including in-house cross-training. This role encourages collaboration among peers and provides mentorship opportunities that foster both professional and personal growth.
