  • Diagnose and resolve networking, server, operating system, VoIP, wireless, security, and infrastructure-related issues.
  • Document customer issues, troubleshooting activities, root causes, and resolutions in accordance with quality and regulatory requirements.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to engineering, Research & Development, or other specialized support teams when appropriate.
  • Support customer requests including parts replacement coordination, case creation, and service activities through established support channels.
  • Utilize remote access tools to configure, maintain, and troubleshoot customer systems and environments.
  • Participate in a rotating support schedule, including evenings and weekends as required to maintain 24/7 customer coverage.
  • Identify recurring issues and contribute to process, product, and support workflow improvements.

What You'll Bring

  • Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in remote technical support, help desk, infrastructure support, or a similar technical troubleshooting environment.
  • Experience troubleshooting networking technologies including routers, switches, wireless networks, VPNs, and firewalls.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft technologies such as Windows Server, Active Directory, Remote Desktop, and server administration.
  • Experience installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT infrastructure and endpoint devices.
  • Knowledge of system maintenance, hardware support, cabling, and infrastructure deployments.
  • Experience using technical documentation, ticketing systems, and remote support tools.
