Description Summary: Under general supervision, the Process Team Leader Senior - OPS performs the most complex clerical assignments. Duties and Responsibilities: Receives, classifies, reconciles, interprets, consolidates, maintains and/or summarizes records, files or documents. Compiles complex reports drawing data from a wide range of sources.

Exchanges information and resolves moderately complex problems by researching solutions. Coordinates related activities within an assigned area. Distributes, assigns, reviews and/or supervises work flow.

Handles the more difficult problems and confers with supervisor regarding the most unusual cases. This position is fully cross trained to perform various functions in the area and ensures the cross training of others. Utilizes leadership and management skills as the Team Leader of a team while also performing the same daily responsibilities of the team.

Assures an exceptional customer experience for customers. Takes ownership of and provides excellent customer service for customers, and ensures completion of problem resolution. Serves as the escalation point of service related issues.

Establishes and maintains strong working relationships with the critical operations business partners of the bank. Performs other duties as assigned. Compensation Range: $22.00 - $41.50 Hourly The compensation range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and education. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan
