• Maintain compliance with legal and ethical standards by ensuring accurate documentation of clinical records while safeguarding patient confidentiality.
• Collaborate with teachers, school counselors, and parents to provide holistic support and develop prevention programs that promote mental health awareness within the school community.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and research in mental health to ensure that treatment approaches and educational efforts are up-to-date and effective.

Your work will primarily involve engaging with children and adolescents who face various challenges related to emotional and behavioral health. By tailoring your approach to each individual, you will significantly contribute to their social skills, coping mechanisms, and overall success in the educational environment.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Tennessee.
• Strong foundational knowledge of mental health diagnoses, treatment methods, and individual and group therapeutic techniques.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with students, parents, and educators effectively.
• Problem-solving abilities, enabling you to develop creative solutions to support students in various scenarios.
• Capacity to thrive in a team-oriented environment, promoting collaboration across different disciplines within the school.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, preferably in school or child and adolescent settings.
• Demonstrated expertise in trauma-informed care practices and solution-focused therapeutic interventions.
• History of developing and implementing successful mental health programs or initiatives within school systems.
