• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gauge students' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.
• Provide individualized, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Develop, implement, and review personalized treatment plans tailored to each student's unique needs, incorporating measurable goals and strategies.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, school counselors, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student care and educational success.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes designed to enhance students' coping strategies and resilience.
• Offer crisis intervention and risk assessment services, ensuring safety and well-being during critical moments.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all clinical encounters in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance clinical skills and expertise.

Your primary focus will be supporting school-aged children and adolescents navigating various mental health challenges. You will provide a safe space for students to express their feelings, build coping skills, and develop resilience. As a vital member of the mental health support team, you will engage with a diverse population from various backgrounds, ensuring culturally competent care for all.

• A master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health or outpatient setting is essential.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and best practices in the field of mental health.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with students, parents, and colleagues effectively.
