• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans while responding to client needs, including crisis intervention and behavioral guidelines.
• Timely completion of all client documentation in compliance with regulatory standards to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to enhance treatment effectiveness in collaboration with the clinical team.
• Engage collaboratively in creating and implementing positive behavior support plans alongside multidisciplinary teams.
• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring compliance with professional standards.
• Serve as a liaison to relevant service systems and community partners, fostering relationships that enhance service delivery.
• Maintain open communication channels with stakeholders to uphold program effectiveness and promote our mission.
• Develop and nurture relationships with local, state, and federal agencies to identify funding sources and potential partnerships.
• Participate in professional development activities like conferences and workshops to enhance personal and professional growth.

• Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Clinic Director to support overall clinic objectives.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Beverly Wellness Care, you will work with a varied patient demographic that includes individuals facing mental health challenges, substance use disorders, developmental disabilities, and brain injury recovery. Your expertise will help to build personalized therapeutic relationships aimed at fostering resilience and enhancing quality of life for clients navigating complex emotional landscapes.

• A Master's Degree in a mental health-related field is required.
• A valid and independent LMHC license is mandatory.

• Experience providing counseling in a community clinic setting, preferably in remote capacities.
