• Conduct thorough assessments and collaborate in the development of treatment plans for students facing issues such as anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and trauma.
• Ensure timely completion of all necessary documentation, adhering to regulatory standards and organizational policies.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to accurately assess student needs and recommend appropriate interventions.
• Work alongside interdisciplinary teams to establish and implement individualized positive behavior support plans tailored for each student.
• Engage actively in all required licensing and accreditation processes to maintain compliance and enhance program efficacy.
• Serve as a liaison between school systems and external service providers to connect students and families with essential resources.
• Maintain effective communication with community partners, ensuring alignment with the goals and mission of the organization.
• Develop relationships with local, state, and federal agencies to identify funding opportunities and establish new partnerships that can benefit our clients.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including attending workshops and conferences, to enhance your expertise and contribute to broader discussions in the field.

• Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Clinic Director in support of the organization's objectives.

In this role, you will primarily focus on students within the school system who may be dealing with a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to emotional distress, trauma, and behavioral issues. Your expertise will be vital in helping young individuals navigate their personal challenges and guiding them toward achievable solutions and resources.

• A Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is mandatory.
• A current valid license to practice as a Clinical Social Worker in the State of California.
• A minimum of two years of supervised clinical experience, demonstrating a strong foundation in mental health practices.

• Experience in a school setting or working with children and adolescents is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with crisis intervention techniques and evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for documentation and remote service delivery.

The salary for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer:
