In your role as an LCSW, you will take on several key responsibilities aimed at providing comprehensive mental health support. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to understand the unique needs and challenges of your clients, and developing individualized treatment plans that incorporate established best practices.
• Implementing a variety of therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to meet each client's needs and preferences.
• Maintaining precise and timely clinical documentation in alignment with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and compliance at all times.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide coordinated care that enhances patient outcomes.
• Participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, contributing to ongoing training, and quality assurance within the organization.
• Educating clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and available resources within their communities.
• Staying informed about the latest trends and advancements in mental health by engaging in continuous professional development and incorporating new knowledge into your clinical practice.

As an LCSW at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will work with a broad spectrum of patients, including children, adolescents, and adults presenting with various mental health challenges. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid and active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Arizona.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience with a strong focus on providing psychotherapy services.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective interactions with diverse populations.

Experience with online therapy platforms and telehealth best practices is preferred, as you will be utilizing digital tools to connect with clients and manage caseloads.
