• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of patients, employing a depth of clinical knowledge to determine appropriate interventions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and the unique needs of each patient.
• Provide therapy utilizing solution-based approaches and modern modalities, while maintaining accurate and timely clinical records that reflect each patient's progress.
• Collaborate with physicians, psychologists, and other health professionals in a multidisciplinary treatment team to formulate holistic care strategies.
• Engage in patient and family education sessions, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to manage mental health challenges effectively.

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of patients, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required, ensuring a solid academic foundation in social work principles and practices.
• Must hold a valid LCSW license in the state of Florida, confirming the necessary credentials and legal authorization to practice.
• Strong knowledge of solution-oriented psychotherapy interventions to effectively support patients in navigating their mental health challenges.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills crucial for patient engagement and interdisciplinary team collaboration.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably with a focus on outpatient mental health care.
• Experience working with children and adolescents is highly desirable, given the school-related nature of the facility.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline documentation and enhance patient management processes.
