• Conduct ethical and compassionate individual mental health counseling sessions via secure video conferencing platforms.
• Employ solution-focused therapeutic modalities to assess, diagnose, and implement tailored treatment plans for each client.
• Facilitate insightful discussions with clients to enhance their understanding of their experiences, emotions, and interpersonal relationships.
• Regularly monitor client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed, and guiding clients in developing healthy coping strategies.
• Document patient interactions and treatment outcomes accurately to ensure compliance with best practices and regulatory standards.

Your primary focus will be working with stable, low-acuity adults who are seeking support for a range of mental health concerns. This includes anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other common challenges. By fostering a non-judgmental and empathetic environment, you can help clients develop essential skills to enhance their overall quality of life. Through personalized support and therapeutic techniques, you will contribute meaningfully to their mental wellness journey.

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Possession of a fully licensed status to practice independently, such as:
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• No provisional licenses or history of disciplinary actions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and active listening.
• Proficient in using digital tools and technologies to manage therapy sessions and client records.

While we welcome all applicants who meet the qualifications, preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in teletherapy, utilizing a remote therapeutic approach, and those who possess specialties in working with diverse populations. Familiarity with evidence-based treatment methods and innovative therapeutic practices is highly desirable.

• Competitive annual salary range of USD 90,000 - 104,000, dependent on hours worked and clinical experience.
