In your role as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will carry out a variety of essential tasks aimed at delivering high-quality psychotherapy services:

• Perform thorough clinical assessments to understand the needs of your clients and formulate effective, individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices.
• Utilize a range of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities tailored to the specific needs of each patient.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant clinical records with accurate and timely documentation to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and peer support staff, to coordinate integrated patient care.
• Engage in peer consultations and clinical supervision to enhance service delivery and share best practices.
• Provide education to clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and local resources to foster greater understanding and empowerment in managing their health.
• Stay informed about evolving mental health research and techniques, integrating this knowledge into your practice to enhance client outcomes.

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of New York is mandatory.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience in providing psychotherapy and mental health services is essential.
• Proven proficiency in employing solution-focused therapeutic techniques in a clinical setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills that facilitate meaningful connections with clients and collaborators.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills that empower effective decision-making in client care.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a remote team structure, contributing to a cohesive, effective treatment approach.

• Experience with specific modalities such as trauma-informed care and mindfulness-based interventions is a plus.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth systems is preferred to ensure efficient patient management.
• Background in community mental health clinics or similar settings dealing with diverse populations is advantageous.
