Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth assessments and psychological evaluations to understand clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical judgement.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.
• Provide direct counseling services via telehealth to individuals, families, and groups, adapting sessions to meet diverse needs and cultural perspectives.
• Ensure comprehensive care by coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, including case managers and psychiatrists, to deliver holistic treatment to clients.
• Manage crisis intervention situations, employing sound judgement and empathetic responses to de-escalate challenges faced by clients experiencing acute distress.
• Participate in community outreach programs and educational initiatives designed to raise mental health awareness and reduce stigma surrounding mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our therapists cater to a broad array of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families dealing with various mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications

• An active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctor’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively across varied demographics, establishing trust and rapport with clients from all walks of life.
• Exhibit a deep understanding of cultural competence and a commitment to serve clients from diverse ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
• Attention to detail with strong organizational, record-keeping, and time-management skills to uphold the standards of care.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in teletherapy and familiarity with virtual counseling tools and platforms.
• Previous work in community mental health settings is highly valued.
• Demonstrated involvement in outreach programs targeting mental health education and community support.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
