Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of new and returning patients, using standardized tools to inform treatment planning and identify specific mental health needs.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that target the unique goals and challenges of each patient.
• Administer therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused interventions to help patients achieve meaningful improvements.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and our organization’s standards, ensuring full transparency in care delivery.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, communicating openly about patient progress, shared goals, and coordinated care initiatives.
• Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families, equipping them with strategies to cope with mental health challenges.
• Engage in continuous learning by staying informed about the latest research and trends in mental health to enrich therapeutic approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LCSW in our remote clinic, you will serve a diverse patient population that includes children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid LCSW license in the state of Pennsylvania.
