Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and emotional well-being, identifying strengths and areas for growth.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are goal-oriented and crafted to meet the specific needs of each client.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, facilitating individual, family, and group therapy sessions that promote healing and growth.
• Continuously monitor clients' progress, utilizing adjustments in treatment plans to align with their changing needs.
• Deliver immediate crisis intervention and support to clients presenting acute challenges, ensuring their safety and stability.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with all legal guidelines and ethical standards.
• Engage actively in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and share insights for better treatment outcomes.
• Stay informed on the latest developments in mental health treatment through research, training, and continuing education opportunities.
• Participate regularly in supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and receive constructive feedback.
• Adhere to the ethical guidelines set forth by licensing boards and mental health organizations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW) is required.
