Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Remote Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting ethical and compassionate individual counseling sessions via live video interactions, utilizing a solution-based approach to facilitate client engagement.
• Assessing the behavioral and mental health needs of clients to design and implement personalized therapy goals and objectives.
• Monitoring client progress throughout treatment, providing ongoing support and adjusting individualized treatment plans to better serve client needs.
• Helping clients gain insights into their emotions, thought processes, and personal relationships, fostering a deeper understanding of their mental health challenges.
• Maintaining thorough and accurate documentation while fulfilling necessary regulatory and ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your practice will primarily focus on stable, low-acuity adults seeking support for various mental health concerns. Qualifications

To excel in this position, you must have the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current state license from a recognized board, including options such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist (PsyD).
• The ability to practice independently without supervision and a clean record with no disciplinary actions against your license.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a compassionate nature, conducive to building strong therapeutic alliances.
• Proficiency in technology and the latest developments in psychotherapy practices.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates who possess:

Compensation and Benefits

Rebuild Self Mental and Behavioral Solutions offers a competitive salary range of USD 50,000 to 130,000 annually, contingent on your working hours and experience. In addition to a robust paycheck, we also provide:
