• Provide evidence-based individual, couples, and family therapy sessions that foster healing and growth in a safe, supportive setting.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to tailor treatment plans that meet the unique emotional and psychological needs of each client.
• Maintain meticulous documentation and accurate client records adhering to all clinical and legal guidelines.
• Engage in collaborative case discussions with interdisciplinary teams to optimize client care and outcome strategies.

• Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling to accommodate clients’ needs, including evening and weekend hours when required.

The clients you will work with at Delamere Mental Health encompass a wide range of demographics, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a variety of challenges. Many clients come to us looking for support to cope with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your role will involve not just therapeutic interventions but also empowering clients to develop their coping strategies and resilience.

• Current and valid Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT) license in the state of Maryland, in good standing with appropriate insurance.
• Possession of a relevant bachelor’s degree, with a master’s degree in marriage and family therapy or a closely related field preferred.
• Proven experience providing therapy across a variety of modalities, including individual, couples, and family therapy, with a minimum of two years in a clinical setting.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills that facilitate strong interpersonal connections.
• Ability to operate both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented framework.

• Experience with teletherapy or online counseling platforms, ensuring users receive quality care remotely.
• Background in trauma-informed care or specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or EMDR is an asset.
• Familiarity with interpreting psychological assessments and measuring treatment effectiveness.

In return for your dedication and expertise, we offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $90,000, adjusted based on experience.
