Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Tree of Life, your daily responsibilities will encompass various and critical tasks that promote effective treatment planning:

• Conduct thorough client assessments to evaluate mental health conditions and establish personalized treatment plans.
• Lead individual therapy sessions that employ diverse therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and trauma-informed care, tailoring these to the unique needs of each client.
• Track client progress through the establishment and monitoring of therapeutic milestones, ensuring an adaptive approach to treatment as needed.
• Provide teletherapy options to clients, enhancing accessibility and convenience in their care.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation to uphold ethical standards and support continuity of care.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training, and supervision opportunities to enhance your clinical skills.

Qualifications

Preferred Experience

While all qualified candidates will be considered, those with prior experience in community health settings or specialized training in trauma-informed care will be given preference. Compensation and Benefits
